1. Measures to extend the service life of high-temperature oil pumps: 1) Due to the pump body operating at high temperatures, a pivot support should be installed on the piping during cold-state installation to prevent displacement after heating. 2) The melt filter behind the high-temperature pump's outlet should be replaced regularly; avoid long-term operation at high pressure or the pressure limit. 3) The coupling must be heat-aligned after the pump body has heated up to avoid additional torque during operation. 4) A fail-safe shutdown alarm should be installed at the high-temperature pump's outlet pressure measurement point; otherwise, if the discharge piping is blocked, it may easily cause damage to the pump body.
