1. Measures to enhance the service life of high-temperature oil pumps: 1) Due to the pump body operating at high temperatures, a pivot support should be installed on the piping during cold-state installation to prevent displacement after heating. 2) The melt filter at the outlet of the high-temperature pump should be replaced regularly; avoid running it at high pressure or even at the pressure limit for extended periods. 3) The coupling must be thermally aligned after the pump body has heated up to avoid additional torque during operation. 4) A fail-safe shutdown and alarm should be installed at the pressure measurement point of the high-temperature pump outlet; otherwise, if the discharge piping is blocked, it can easily cause damage to the pump body.
