High Inclination Belt ConveyorThis conveyor belt system significantly reduces the length of the conveying line and land occupation compared to conventional belt conveyors. It achieves heights up to 200 meters. The energy consumption per unit weight of material transported is reduced by 30% compared to conventional belt conveyors. It boasts higher reliability than a bucket elevator and lower maintenance costs. Its service life is roughly equivalent to that of conventional belt conveyors. The operating conditions and material types it accommodates are largely the same as those of conventional belt conveyors.
Structure: The wavy edge conveyor belt is composed of the base belt, wavy edge, and cross-member, which are connected to the base belt through secondary vulcanization.
(1) Conveyor belts with cotton duck, chemical fabric, or steel wire rope cores, or those with an added transverse rigid layer.
(2) The wavy edge is divided into light (N), medium (S), and heavy (ES) types, with two shapes: S-shaped and W-shaped.
(3) The bulkheads are made of fiber composite materials, offering strong load-bearing capacity, impact resistance, and good rigidity. They come in models including T, TS, C, TC, and TCS.
When the inclination angle of conveying is less than 40°, the cross plate is selected as T-type or TS-type; when the inclination angle of conveying is greater than 40°, the cross plate is selected as C-type, TC-type, or TCS-type.
Drive Unit: The power section of the conveyor. Composed of Y series motor, ZJ type shaft-mounted reducer, and wedge-type reverse stop.
Transmission Drum: The main component for power transmission, the conveyor belt operates through friction with the transmission drum. This series of drums comes in two types: rubber-coated and smooth. The rubber-coated drums are designed to enhance the adhesion between the drum and the conveyor belt.
Reversing Drum: Used to change the running direction of the conveyor belt. The reversing drum is used on the lower surface (non-carrying surface) of the conveyor belt.
Belt tensioner: Used to change the running direction of the conveyor belt; the belt tensioner is used on the upper surface (loading surface) of the conveyor belt.
Rollers: Rollers are used to support the conveyor belt and the materials on it, ensuring stable operation. This series includes two types: upper parallel rollers and lower flat rollers.
Tension roller: The tension roller supports the lower branch of the conveyor belt on the convex arc frame, resting on the free edges of the side conveyor belts. Several sets of tension rollers form an arc segment to redirect the conveyor belt. The tension roller is supported by an overhanging arm.
Vertical Rollers: Used to limit the deviation of the conveyor belt and mounted on the upper and lower transition frame. Each filter section frame is equipped with 4, two on each side.
Tapping Wheel Cleaning Device: Used to tap the backside of the conveying belt to shake off material stuck to the belt.
Tension device: Its functions include:
Ensure the conveyor belt has sufficient tension to prevent slippage between the belt and the drive roller.
2. Limit the sag between the conveyor's supports to ensure proper operation of the conveyor.
This series utilizes a helical tensioning device.
Racks, head funnels, head guards, feed channels, intermediate supports, and leg supports: These components serve as supports, dust protection, and feed guides in the conveyor system, respectively.
This series features three types of intermediate shelf legs: low, medium, and high.
Lower and inclined sections are compatible only with low-level middle shelf legs, while upper and lower horizontal sections are paired with different middle shelf legs depending on the type of head shelf (low-level, Chinese-style, and high-level head shelf), specifically low-level, Chinese-style, and high-level middle shelf legs, respectively.
Application Range:
Can be widely used in industries such as coal, grain, building materials, construction, metallurgy, electricity, chemicals, and light industry.
