3240 Epoxy Resin Plate Introduction:
Epoxy boards, also known as Epoxy Glass Fiber Boards or Epoxy Phenolic Laminated Glass Cloth Boards, refer to organic macromolecular compounds that contain two or more epoxy groups in their molecules. With the exception of a few, their relative molecular masses are not particularly high.
The molecular structure of the epoxy resin is characterized by the presence of reactive epoxy groups, which can be located in the middle, at the ends, or form a ring structure within the molecular chain. Due to the presence of these reactive epoxy groups, the epoxy resin can undergo cross-linking reactions with various hardeners, forming high polymers that are insoluble and non-melting, and possess a three-dimensional network structure.
The cured epoxy resin system boasts excellent mechanical properties, high mechanical strength at moderate temperatures, good electrical performance stability under high humidity, and is an excellent insulating material with advanced electrical properties, resistance to surface leakage, and arc resistance.
