Super-thick mica board is a high-intensity insulated material with a thickness of over 3mm, up to a maximum of 100mm. The R-5660-T series maintains its original properties under high-temperature conditions and is widely used in chemical machinery, metallurgy electronics, and high-speed locomotives, among other fields.

Features

Compared to general insulating materials, the outstanding advantages of ultra-thick mica boards are:

Excellent thermal insulation properties, with a fire resistance temperature up to 500℃~750℃ and low thermal conductivity.

◆ Oil and corrosion resistant, eco-friendly and non-toxic, as an alternative to asbestos.

High bending strength, can be machined into various non-segmented non-standard parts by lathe, milling machine, drill bits, etc.

Note: Products with thickness below 2.0mm can be formed through stamping, while those above 2.0mm require processing by means such as cutting, milling, or drilling.
