I. Product Overview
Mica boards are made by bonding mica paper with silicone gel water, heating, and pressing. The mica content is approximately 90%, with 10% silicone gel water.

1. HP-5 Hardboard, featuring a silver-white color, has a temperature resistance grade: 500℃ for continuous use and 850℃ for intermittent use.
2. HP-8 Hard Plate, featuring a golden color, has a temperature resistance grade: 850°C for continuous use and 1050°C for intermittent use.
3. Excellent high-temperature insulation properties, with a high temperature resistance up to 1000°C, offering good cost-performance ratio among high-temperature insulation materials.
4. Excellent electrical insulation properties; the voltage breakdown index of ordinary products is 20KV/mm higher.
5. Excellent bending strength and machinability; this product boasts high bending strength and good toughness, allowing for various shapes to be formed without delamination through stamping and riveting.
6. Excellent environmental performance; the product is free of asbestos, emits minimal smoke and odor when heated, and even smokeless and odorless.
7. Mica board is a high-strength sheet material that maintains its original properties even under high-temperature conditions.
