I. Overview

A radio frequency admittance switch is a high-intelligence level measurement product that overcomes the low alarm accuracy and complex adjustment steps of previous measurement methods, bringing convenience to customers. This liquid level switch is widely used in industries such as chemical engineering, metallurgy, petrochemicals, machinery, food, power plants, and factory food production.

II. Features

The radio frequency admittance switch utilizes intelligent microprocessor components and differential measurement technology. It can measure liquids such as water, paint, wastewater, sludge, and powders like wheat, rice, sand, cement, silicon carbide, glass, metal powder, etc. It is particularly effective in measuring strongly corrosive media and can dynamically compensate for environmental changes and material adhesion.

III. Working Principle

The射频capacitive switch employs digital intelligent compensation technology to convert the liquid level change inside the container into a capacitance change. The probe contains two plates, and the change in medium alters the dielectric constant between the electrodes, resulting in a capacitance variation. This capacitance is then converted into a voltage signal via an electronic plug-in, which is processed by a microprocessor to design the alarm point and execute the alarm action.

Radio-frequency capacitors include adjustable delay time from 0 to 30 seconds, with modes for delayed ON/OFF. This feature is typically used to control relay "bounce" or sequential cycling. Initially, the delay control is set to zero (counter-clockwise to the bottom position). When using the delay to control relay bounce, only a slight angle rotation is required. The delay will cause the material level to fluctuate above or below the control point, but the average material level remains equal to the control point. The overage and underage are proportional to the delay.
