PermeableFlooringComposed of aggregates and high-grade cement.CementA porous lightweight concrete mixture, composed of admixtures, water-based resins, colored reinforcing agents, stabilizers, and water. It forms a honeycomb-like structure with uniformly distributed voids, bonded by a thin layer of slurry on the surface of the coarse aggregates, featuring breathability, water permeability, and light weight. As an environmentally friendly concrete with reduced environmental load, the research and development of permeable pavements have garnered increasing attention.

Choose colored permeable paving, permeable concrete paving, which can delay runoff and store rainwater. Much of the rain infiltrates through the permeable road surface, permeable ground surface, and渗water ground surface into the underground, effectively compensating for the shortage of underground water resources.DrainageEnsure balanced supply of groundwater resources, alleviate the lack of urban water resources.

Color-Infused Permeable Pavement, due to its excellent water-permeability, can effectively reduce urban surface runoff, alleviate the burden on drainage facilities, and ease the flood prevention pressure in cities. Additionally, the use of permeable pavement and ground surfaces can further reduce urban...Drainage systemThe creation plan to reduce urban construction costs.

Porous pavement construction road requirements
1. Thickness of water concrete pavement: As can be seen above, the strength of colored permeable concrete is mostly applied to sidewalks, squares, parking lots,GardenSidewalks and similar areas. The thickness of the application panel varies according to the road surface. For pedestrian and bicycle paths with light loads, the surface layer thickness should not be less than 8 centimeters; for parking lots and squares with medium loads, the surface layer thickness should not be less than 10 centimeters. To save costs, the surface layer can be divided into two layers: the top layer is a colored permeable concrete layer, generally not less than 3 centimeters thick, and the bottom layer is a plain permeable concrete layer.
2. To ensure that the permeable pavement road body structure has sufficient overall strength and permeability, a permeable subbase and a water-retaining cushion layer with good water retention properties are required beneath the surface layer.
3. Considering the heavy rainfall season, to prevent excessive water accumulation on the sub-base and affect the permeable pavement foundation, special permeable pipe drainage is set up at the sub-base, leading to the roadside drainage system, to remove excessive rainwater when needed.
