Working Principle
Raw Material PreparationPrepare all raw materials according to the formula, such as sugar, glucose syrup, water, various colloids, or modified starch.
Syrup boilingMix sugar and other raw materials in a double boiler for about 15-20 minutes, then add various colloids to obtain the required syrup and transfer it to a buffer tank. Meanwhile, start cooking the next batch.
Additive BlendingThe online mixer is used for flavoring, coloring, and acid addition, followed by pumping into the injection machine hopper.
Injection moldingAt this stage, soft candies in various shapes and colors will be molded by the injection machine and filled into candy molds. The weight of each candy will be controlled by a PLC.
Drying and deflouring:Candy and starch molds will be transferred to the drying room together. Generally, it takes 1-3 days based on the weight of the soft candy, after which the dried candy will be processed in the de-starch machine to separate the starch.
Coating sugar and waxing: Apply a layer of oil or sanding sugar to the candy surface for enhanced texture.

Sugar Powder Separation and Recovery SystemIncluding sugar powder separator and powder processing equipment, qhbake utilizes vacuum negative pressure to remove starch, maintaining the cleanliness and effectiveness of the workshop environment. It is used for starch separation and recovery, enhancing raw material utilization.
Packaging SystemPack the finished soft candies, ensuring product hygiene and extending shelf life.
