Operating Principle
Raw Material PreparationPrepare all raw materials according to the formula, such as sugar, glucose syrup, water, various colloids, or modified starch.
Syrup boilingMix sugar and other raw materials in a jacketed kettle for about 15-20 minutes, then add various colloids to the desired syrup and transfer it to the buffer tank. Simultaneously, start cooking the next batch.
Additive mixtureThe online mixer is used for seasoning, coloring, and adding acid, and then the mixture is pumped into the injection machine hopper.
casting moldingAt this stage, soft candies of various shapes and colors will be molded by the injection machine and filled into candy molds. The weight of each candy will be controlled by a PLC.
Drying and De-dustingThe candy and starch molds will be transferred to the drying room together. Depending on the weight of the soft candy, it generally takes 1-3 days, after which the dried candy is separated from the starch in the deflouring machine.
Coating sugar and waxing: Add a layer of oil or acid sand to the candy surface to enhance texture.

Sugar Powder Separation and Recovery SystemIncluding sugar powder separator and powder processing equipment, qhbake utilizes vacuum negative pressure to remove starch, maintaining the cleanliness and effectiveness of the workshop environment. It is used for separating and recycling starch, enhancing raw material utilization.
