Application Range: The liquid intelligent stratification meter can perform real-time online detection of liquid density and concentration. It can be used for process control of products based on density as a basic parameter or for quality control with reference to solid percentage or concentration percentage. Typical industries include petrochemicals, brewing, food industry, fine chemicals, pharmaceuticals, and mineral processing (such as clay, carbonates, silicates, etc.). Specifically applied in interface detection in multi-product pipelines in these industries, density detection of stirred mixtures, reactor endpoint monitoring, and separator interface detection. The sensor operates based on the principle of component vibration, with the component part being the sensing part immersed in the liquid being measured. The sensing part detects vibrations through an internal piezoelectric device fixed at the bottom end. The oscillation frequency is detected by a secondary piezoelectric device fixed at the other end of the fork, and then the signal is amplified through the circuit at the top. The liquid density is closely related to the vibration frequency during liquid flow, and the vibration frequency changes accordingly when the liquid being measured varies.
