I. Product Overview

Apex Automation Instrument Co., Ltd.'s fork level switch has passed the explosion-proof certification and can be used in industries such as petrochemicals. The product offers options of 24V and 220V, with standard output as relay contact. The output mode is DPDT (double pole, double throw) or customizable according to customer requirements. II. Product Introduction

The tuning fork vibration position switch is activated by the resonance of a piezoelectric crystal. When subjected to material damping, the amplitude sharply decreases and the frequency and phase undergo significant changes, which are detected by the internal electronic circuit. After processing, these changes are converted into switch signals for output. This product can detect and control the high and low levels of material tanks, and is suitable for various liquids, powders, and granular solids. It is practical, simple, reliable in operation, basically maintenance-free, with both the tuning fork and output indicating their working status using LED indicators. The status indication can be adjusted according to preference, and it comes with three input methods (DC 24V, AC 110V, and AC 220V) and various output methods (DC current output, relay contact output, and DC voltage output). All types have high or low fault alarm modes and selectable instrument switch sensitivity.
