Agricultural Internet of Things System: Smart Greenhouse IoT Control System

The SQ-WS intelligent greenhouse control system developed by Shijiazhuang Shengqi Technology Co., Ltd. is a remote monitoring and management system tailored to the operational requirements of greenhouses. It employs sensor technology, builds upon traditional greenhouse production processes, and is designed to offer high reliability, security, and scalability in both hardware and software.
St. Startech's Greenhouse Environment Monitoring Solution upgrades traditional greenhouses using smart hardware, IoT big data, and other technologies. It establishes a fully intelligent, efficient monitoring and control management system, relying on various sensor nodes deployed at agricultural production sites (such as environmental temperature and humidity, light intensity, soil temperature and moisture, soil pH, soil conductivity, carbon dioxide concentration, etc.). These nodes upload collected data to the agricultural situation reporting platform via a wireless communication network. With our company's IoT control box, it achieves intelligent perception, alerting, control, and analysis of the agricultural production environment.

Field control nodes consist of measurement and control sensors, solenoid valves, distribution control cabinets, and installation accessories. They can be connected to the central server control platform via wired, wireless, Ethernet, 4G, and Wi-Fi network signals. According to parameters such as air temperature and humidity, soil temperature and moisture, light intensity, and carbon dioxide concentration within the greenhouse, the environmental adjustment equipment is controlled, including internal shading, external shading, fans, wet curtain water pumps, roof ventilation, solenoid valves, and other equipment.
The primary component of the smart agriculture IoT system is the collection and monitoring of environmental data. The Shengqi Agriculture IoT platform has fully realized the application of modern agriculture IoT, both in terms of the whole and in detail.

Smart greenhouse environment control system, utilizing IoT technology and configuration software, allows for real-time remote monitoring of parameters such as air temperature, humidity, light intensity, soil moisture and temperature, CO2 concentration, leaf wetness, and dew point temperature, as well as video images inside the greenhouse.
Greenhouse applications of the Internet of Things technology can enhance product quality, regulate growth cycles, and boost economic benefits, particularly by achieving efficient and precise greenhouse management. For large-scale greenhouse facilities, relying on manual adjustments of the internal environment requires a significant workforce and time, and it is prone to human errors that are difficult to avoid. Large LED screens are primarily used in the monitoring area for displaying real-time data and indicating equipment operations, improving the overall image, aesthetics, and practicality of the project. They also facilitate daily data checks and real-time information reference for administrators.
