Equipment Introduction:
The JYL series fully automatic PLC-controlled needle hole film continuous syrup rod candy injection production line is currently the most advanced injection (spherical, flat, three-dimensional) rod candy production equipment in China. This machine integrates mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic controls, featuring a rational and compact structure with high levels of automation; it boasts high production efficiency and can produce single-color, two-flavor dual-color spray, two-flavor dual-color double-layer, three-flavor tricolor spray, and crystal sugar, filled sugar, striped sugar, xylitol sugar-free rod candies, and Think Q rod candies, etc. The machine is equipped with an automatic rod insertion system, which enables full-line automatic operation. After multiple improvements, the operation has become simpler and more convenient. In addition, this production line shares the same features as hard candy injection production lines, allowing for the interchangeability of the rod candy injection line and the hard candy injection line when changing molds and some equipment.
