Equipment Introduction:

The JYL series fully automatic PLC-controlled hole film continuous candy casting production line is currently one of the most advanced candy casting (spherical, flat, three-dimensional) equipment in China. This machine integrates mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic controls, featuring a rational and compact structure with a high degree of automation; it boasts high production efficiency, capable of producing single-color, two-flavor double-color spray, two-flavor double-color double-layer, three-flavor triple-color spray candies, as well as crystal candies, filled candies, striped candies, xylitol sugar-free candies, and Think Q candies, etc. The machine is equipped with an automatic candy stick insertion system, enabling full-line automatic operation. After several improvements, the operation has become even simpler and more convenient. In addition, this production line shares the same features as hard candy casting production lines, allowing for the interchangeability of the candy casting and hard candy casting lines with the replacement of molds and some components.
