Artistic paving construction steps:
Trowel finish treatment on concrete surface: Apply 1cm of cement slurry before the concrete starts to set, then use a hand trowel to evenly spread and level the mortar on the surface, followed by texturing it.
2. Apply hardening material: Evenly spread 2/3 of the specified hardening agent over the concrete surface in the initial setting stage, then use a hand iron board to level and finish the first application after the hardening material absorbs moisture. Once the hardening material has reached a certain stage of initial setting, proceed with the second application, spreading the remaining 1/3 material to level and finish.
3. Leveling and Finishing Hardening Materials: Perform at least three manual iron plate leveling operations based on the concrete curing condition, with the finishing operations to be staggered.
4. Apply release agent: After the initial setting stage of the hardening material, when the surface is dry and free of moisture, evenly spread a layer of release agent compatible with the hardening material.
5. Mold patterns, ensuring the mold is fixed and flat, and the pattern must be formed in one go without any additional pressing.
6. Offer a variety of design styles, textures, and colors, including interplay of multiple colors.
