The fully automatic ultrasonic cleaning machine is a fully automatic multi-station multi-armed robotic arm conveying cleaning machine. The overall cleaning section features a fully enclosed structure with a sliding observation and maintenance window at the front. A mist exhaust device is located on top, with the feed and discharge ports located at the ends of the equipment. The entire machine consists of a frame, cleaning tank, circulating storage tank, circulating filtration system, turbulent cleaning system, ultrasonic cleaning system, spray washing system, compressed air cutting water system, high-pressure fan cutting water system, electric heating system, hot air circulation drying system, multi-armed robotic arm, mist recovery device, feed and drain piping, and electrical control system.
The entire cleaning process is fully automated, performed byPLCControl involves manually loading the workpieces into the cleaning basket and placing them on the feeding conveyor. Once the material box reaches the feeding station, the robotic arm automatically picks up the cleaning basket containing the workpieces and transports it to the cleaning machine, where the automatic cleaning process begins. The cleaning process includes: turbulent cleaning, ultrasonic cleaning, ultrasonic rinse, spray rinse, compressed air automatic cut-off, and high-pressure air blower.+Automatic air pressure cut water, hot air drying.
