The fully automatic ultrasonic cleaning machine is a multi-station, multi-armed robotic arm feeding cleaning machine. The overall cleaning section is a fully enclosed structure, with a sliding observation and maintenance window at the front and a mist exhaust device on top. The feed and discharge ports are located at the ends of the equipment. The entire machine consists of a frame, cleaning tank, circulating storage tank, circulating filtration system, turbulent cleaning system, ultrasonic cleaning system, spray cleaning system, compressed air air-cutting system, high-pressure fan air-cutting system, electric heating system, hot air circulation drying system, multi-armed robotic arm, mist recovery unit, inlet and outlet piping, and electrical control system.
The entire cleaning process is fully automated, operated byPLCControl involves manually loading workpieces into cleaning baskets and placing them onto the feeding conveyor. Once the material box reaches the feeding station, the robotic arm automatically picks up the cleaning basket with the workpieces and transports it to the cleaning machine, where the automatic cleaning process begins. The cleaning process includes: turbulent cleaning, ultrasonic cleaning, ultrasonic rinse, spray rinse, compressed air automatic cut-off, and high-pressure fan.+Automatic air pressure cutting and hot air drying.
