Porous pavement, as a new environmentally friendly and ecological road material, has garnered increasing attention. Modern urban surfaces are predominantly covered with reinforced concrete structures, which are widely used in various functional roads, squares, and gardens, including industrial parks, public parking lots, pedestrian paths, residential communities, garden walkways, villas, garden roads, scenic roads, leisure paths, leisure squares, garden roads, ancient-style architectural complexes, and various other functional roads.

Porous concrete flooring paving
a. Subgrade Treatment: Sweep the subgrade surface clean, ensuring it is free of dust, twigs, paper屑, and other debris. Additionally, moisten the subgrade surface before laying.
b. Fabric: Consider the vibration-compacted reserved height when laying permeable pavement. When manually spreading the fabric for permeable pavement, use a shovel to reverse it and never throw it. If the laying time for permeable pavement exceeds 30 minutes or there is strong wind, cover the concrete site with plastic sheets promptly to prevent excessive evaporation of the pavement's moisture.
c. Tamping: After the plain color permeable floor fabric is completed, it is leveled with a trowel and then tamped with a flat tamping plate. Once tamping is finished, lay the colored permeable floor or colored aggregate permeable concrete on the surface, level it, promptly add missing materials to areas where the material is short, and use specialized permeable floor equipment for surface tamping and leveling until it is flush with the formwork.
d. Surface Refinement: Promptly finish the edges of the compacted road surface with permeable concrete. For areas with insufficient material, fill and refine; for drier sections, first spray a uniform layer of water, then add material for refinement.
e. After the permeable concrete is exposed aggregate and the surface is smooth and dense to the required standard, spray and brush the surface evenly with a cleaning agent, then cover it with a plastic film. After 6-8 hours (depending on the weather conditions) of spraying, use a high-pressure water jet to rinse the surface. When rinsing, ensure the cleaning agent is thoroughly cleaned but avoid any dislodging of particles.
f. Maintenance: After the surface of the permeable paving is finished, it should be promptly lightly sprinkled with water and covered with plastic film for maintenance. The maintenance period is the same as that for ordinary concrete. During the maintenance period, barriers should be set around the road, and it is strictly prohibited for people or vehicles to enter.

Porous concrete paving material is an eco-friendly material with high permeability, essential for sponge city construction. It serves as a new paving method for urban ecosystems, partially replacing urban paved surfaces. This material revives the city's surface, allows rainwater to infiltrate underground, effectively eliminates surface water accumulation, and is a green, environmentally friendly ground material that "breathes."
