Product Features:

The bed frame is constructed from steel materials, utilizing 50*50*2.0mm shaped square tubes for welding. The corners of the bed surface frame are rounded with an R57 radius. There are four horizontal beams, each made of 50*25*2.0mm square tubes, evenly spaced to ensure the beam spacing does not exceed 400mm. The side panels are assembled by welding together 50*25*2.0mm square tubes and 1.2mm steel plates.

The bed box on one side of the bed end below the bed frame is doorless and constructed from 30*30*2.0mm square tubes and 1.2mm steel plates, with a height of 320mm and a depth of 500mm, the width being the same as the bed frame width; the bed posts are fixed with a connection plate thickness ≥3mm, in an arched shape, located on the inner sides of the bed feet, used for securing the bed structure, and the connection plate is fully welded to the bed posts, ensuring a solid weld; the entire surface of the bed frame is powder coated.

The bed slats are crafted from dehydrated and kiln-dried pine solid wood, measuring 20mm in thickness. The wood surface is coated with varnish for moisture and corrosion resistance. The铺板is made of solid wood for a smooth feel. The slats are securely fastened to the bed frame with self-tapping screws, ensuring all fasteners are below the surface of the bed slats after installation.
