Product Features:

The bed frame is constructed from steel material, utilizing 50*50*2.0mm rectangular tubes for welding. The corners of the bed surface frame are rounded with an R57 radius. There are four upper crossbeams, each made of 50*25*2.0mm rectangular tubes, evenly spaced to ensure a beam spacing of no more than 400mm. The side panels are焊接 from a 50*25*2.0mm rectangular tube and a 1.2mm steel plate.

The bed box on one side of the bed end below the bed frame is doorless and constructed from 30*30*2.0mm square tubes and 1.2mm steel plates. The bed box measures 320mm in height, 500mm in depth, and has the same width as the bed frame. The bed post fixing plate is ≥3mm thick, curved, and located on the inner sides of the bed feet, used for securing the bed frame. The fixing plate is fully welded to the bed post, ensuring a strong joint. The entire surface of the bed frame is treated with powder coating.

The bed slats are crafted from dehydrated and kiln-dried pine solid wood, with a thickness of 20mm. The wood surface is coated with varnish for moisture and rot resistance. The slats are made of solid wood for a smooth feel. The slats are connected to the bed frame with self-tapping screws for a secure fit. Once installed, all fasteners are below the surface of the bed slats.
