LCJS-001 - Precision Reducer (RV/Harmonic/Planetary) integrates comprehensive performance with modular and integrated design. The operational part conforms to ergonomic design, capable of manual/automatic mode control. It is composed of a combination of modules, including the mechanical system, drive system, test piece system, load system, electrical system, and supervisory software system.

Utilizing a servo motor as the test drive/load, employing a common DC bus system internally, this design alters the traditional loading method, enhancing the dynamic measurement range and accuracy of the system's torque and speed. It improves loading performance (forward/reverse, reverse traction), shortens the response time of loading, and allows for loading any desired load curve, closely simulating real-time operating conditions in the field.
05 User-friendly Design
Utilizing a professional precision reducer testing rig, featuring a quick centering system for fixtures, which is easy to assemble and adjust for concentricity, adaptable to different test piece installations. The system operates via a piano-style or upright cabinet combined with a computer desk control, allowing for a single location to complete all testing operations.
06 Customized Test Software
Developed by the Suzhou Licesoft R&D team, the test system trial software conforms to national standards for testing projects, categorizes software interfaces and processes, reduces redundant tests, and significantly enhances the efficiency of test personnel. It also features real-time curve plotting, transient value capture, trend curve plotting and analysis, multi-parameter combination display, pass/fail judgment, and report export functions.
