MT4000 — Permanent Magnet Synchronous Test System — Product Background
Overview:
Permanent magnet synchronous motors are increasingly in demand across various industries, particularly in industrial control. In product development and factory inspections, it is crucial to ensure product performance and quality for three-phase permanent magnet AC synchronous motors. Therefore, rigorous testing and analysis of motor performance are of paramount importance. This system conducts type verification tests on the purposes, procedures, and methods of motor testing, based on the national standard GBT 22669-2008 "Testing Methods for Three-Phase Permanent Magnet Synchronous Motors" and in accordance with other national standards and various motor testing standards.

MT4000--Permanent Magnet Synchronous Test System—Key Features
01 Modular Functionality
All rack construction is modularized for easy assembly. Modules are combined into a single test system, allowing customers to add or remove test modules based on the specific test object.
02 Advanced Measuring Techniques
Utilizing advanced real-time measurement and control systems, including input electrical parameter testing and speed-torque testing, with a sampling rate of up to 1000Hz for torque and speed, meeting the high precision and rapid response requirements of the testing system. It also provides transient data and characteristic value data, facilitating comprehensive analysis of test process data by software in the later stage.
03 Comprehensive Test Items
In accordance with the national standards' testing requirements, testing items can be added or reduced based on the configuration modules, meeting the needs for various type of testing projects.
04 Motor Load
Utilizing asynchronous or permanent magnet motors as the test motor load, this approach modifies the traditional loading method, enhancing the system's dynamic measurement range and accuracy for torque and speed. It improves loading performance (forward/reverse, reverse drive), reduces the response time for loading, and allows for loading any arbitrary load curve, closely simulating the real-time operating conditions of motors or drives.
05 User-friendly Design
Utilizing a professional motor testing rig, the fixtures feature quick centering functionality, and are easy to assemble and disassemble with ease of coaxial adjustment. They can accommodate the installation of motors of any shape. The system operates with a grand piano-style control mode, allowing for a single-position layout to complete all testing operations.
06 Customized Test Software
Motor test system test software developed by the Suzhou Lice Software R&D team, adhering to national standards for testing projects, categorizes the software interface and process, reducing redundant tests, and significantly enhancing the efficiency of test personnel. It also features real-time curve plotting, transient value capture, trend curve drawing and analysis, multi-parameter combination display, qualification judgment, and report export functions.
