LCDJ-001 - Home Appliance Micro Motor Test System - Key Features
01 Modular Functionality
All rig constructions utilize modular design, concentrating various functional modules into a single test system. Customers can add or remove test modules based on different testing objects.
02 Advanced measurement techniques
Utilizing state-of-the-art real-time measurement and control systems, which include input electrical parameter testing and rotational speed/torque testing. The torque and speed sampling rate reaches up to 1000Hz, meeting the high precision and rapid response requirements of the testing system. It also provides transient and characteristic value data, facilitating comprehensive analysis of test process data by software in post-processing.
Comprehensive Testing Projects Available
In accordance with the national standards' testing requirements, testing items can be added or reduced based on the configuration modules, meeting the needs for various type tests.
04 Motor Load
Utilizing asynchronous/magnet permanent motors as the test motor load, this approach modifies the traditional loading method, enhancing the dynamic measurement range and accuracy of the system's torque and speed. It improves loading performance (both forward and reverse, traction and braking), reduces the response time of loading, and allows for loading with any desired load curve, closely simulating the real-time operating conditions of motors/drive systems.
05 User-friendly Design
Utilizing a professional motor testing rig, the fixtures offer 3D adjustment capabilities and are easy to install and align axially. They can accommodate the installation of motors of any shape. The system operates with a piano-style control mode, allowing for the completion of all test operations at a single location.
06 Customized Test Software
Developed by the Suzhou Lice Software R&D team, the motor test system test software conforms to national standards for test items, categorizes software interfaces and processes to reduce redundant testing, significantly enhancing the efficiency of test personnel. It also features real-time curve plotting, transient value capture, trend curve drawing and analysis, multi-parameter combination display, pass/fail judgment, and report export functions.
