Overview:

The car engine directly or indirectly influences various key technical skills of the vehicle. LCEG-001 - The engine control and monitoring system features modular and integrated design, with an ergonomically designed operational section capable of manual/automatic mode control. It is composed of additional systems such as the mechanical system, loading system, support system, monitoring system, and host computer software system.


● Mechanical System: Consists of equipment such as cast iron platforms, shock absorbers, engine mounts, exhaust systems, and shaft connection parts, etc.


● Load System: Power dynamometer, torque measurement system, dynamometer controller, etc.


● Protection System: Engine coolant temperature control system, engine coolant cold-hot shock system, engine oil temperature control system, engine intercooler system, engine fuel temperature control system, environmental equipment, intake and exhaust systems, etc.


● Measurement and Control System: Comprising dynamometer controllers, measurement instruments, throttle actuators, data acquisition systems, fuel consumption meters, exhaust gas measurement equipment, intake measurement systems, and various sensors (temperature, pressure, humidity, flow) with alarm systems.

It improves loading performance (both forward and reverse, as well as reverse traction), reduces the response time for loading, and allows for loading along any specified load curve, providing a highly realistic simulation of the engine's real-time operating conditions.


05 Temperature Control System Equipment


Utilizing an indirect heat exchange mode ensures that the engine operates with the optimal working conditions for coolant, oil, and turbocharger during operation, providing a safeguard for the engine during various tests.


06 User-friendly Design


Utilizing professional engine test benches, the engine mounting features three-dimensional adjustment capabilities, making it easy to install and align. The system operation is recommended to use a standing cabinet plus computer desk control mode, allowing for a complete layout of test operations at a single location.


07 Customized Test Software


Developed by the Suzhou Licesoft R&D team, the engine test system test software categorizes test items according to national standards, streamlining the software interface and process to minimize redundant tests and significantly enhance the efficiency of test personnel.
