The DWK-200E explosion-proof constant current locatable low flow atmospheric sampler, independently researched and manufactured by Yancheng Dewang Instrument Equipment Co., Ltd., is an instrument with patented technology capable of collecting gaseous or vapor samples from the atmosphere. It is suitable for individual toxic substance sampling of occupational hazards in workplaces and for sampling dust-like substances such as metals; it is also applicable to routine and emergency monitoring of environmental atmosphere, public health, and occupational health.
The explosion-proof constant current positionable low-flow atmospheric sampler is mainly composed of: operating system, intelligent control system, air pump, flow measurement system, and positioning data upload module. It can continuously operate for over 20 hours on a single charge, convenient for sampling tasks. The instrument features real-time display of flow rate, sampling volume, sampling time, temperature, atmospheric pressure, and battery level. It is compact in structure, small in size, lightweight, durable, has strong load-bearing capacity, stable and accurate flow rate, and low noise. It is portable for sampling and easy to use.

Constant Current Mode: Electronic Digital Constant CurrentSupports various functions including data entry, mobile data collection, historical data download, data logic verification and audit, statistical analysis, and visual presentation.（Equipped with a digital DTU positioning module, it enables real-time upload of sampling data, fault alarms, and display of sampling location latitude and longitude.Flow is unaffected by voltage fluctuations and gas resistance changes.◆ Anti-siphon liquid absorbent particulate matter device: A patented gas sampling equipment developed and patented by our company (Patent No.: ZL2020 2 1017091.7). The primary function of this device is to prevent the backflow of absorbent liquid into the instrument during sampling. In case of backflow, the device completely blocks the liquid from entering the instrument's interior and features an alert function. When the absorbent liquid reaches the sampling device, there is a white circular sticker on the waterproof membrane that turns red upon contact with liquid, alerting the user. The instrument will sound an alarm, with the fault light flashing, and automatically shut down after 30 seconds. At this point, simply pause the main unit, open the waterproof device, clean it, replace with a new waterproof membrane, and you can continue working. This significantly reduces the instrument's failure rate and effectively facilitates the sampling work time, eliminating the need for factory repairs.

12. Sampling Mode: ① Cyclic Sampling (99 cycles), with options for cyclic volume or time sampling. Set the sampling time, interval time, and number of cycles.
②Manual sampling, after setting the sampling flow, you can directly start sampling, start the timer, and manually stop.
③ Schedule sampling, set the sampling time, and sampling will stop once the time is reached.
④ Constant-volume sampling (1000L), set the sampling volume for sampling.
12. (1) Lock Function: The panel lock feature prevents settings changes during the pump's operation.
12 (2) Flow Fault Correction: Fault alarm function display appears when the flow variation exceeds ±5% within the specified back pressure range.
After 30 seconds, if the error cannot be corrected, the pump will cease operation.
