The DWK-500E explosion-proof constant current locatable low flow atmospheric sampler, independently researched and manufactured by Yancheng Dewang Instrument Equipment Co., Ltd., is an instrument with patented technology capable of collecting gaseous or vapor samples from the atmosphere. It is suitable for individual toxic substance sampling of occupational hazards at workplaces and for sampling dust-like substances such as metals; it is also applicable to routine and emergency monitoring of environmental atmosphere, public health, and occupational health.
The Constant Current Locatable Low-Flow Air Sampler is primarily composed of: the operating system, intelligent control system, air pump, flow measurement system, and positioning data upload module. It can operate continuously for over 20 hours on a single charge, convenient for sampling tasks. The instrument features real-time flow, sampling volume, sampling time, temperature, atmospheric pressure, and battery level displays. It boasts a compact structure, small size, lightweight, durability, strong load-bearing capacity, stable and accurate flow rate, and low noise. It is portable for convenient use during sampling.

Constant Current Mode: Electronic Digital Constant CurrentSupports various functions including data entry, mobile data collection, historical data download, data logic verification and audit, statistical analysis, and visual presentation.（Equipped with a digital DTU positioning module, it allows for real-time upload of sampling data, fault alarms, and display of sampling location's latitude and longitude.Flow is unaffected by voltage fluctuations and air resistance changes.◆ Anti-siphon liquid particle device: A patent (Patent No.: ZL2020 2 1017091.7) held by our company for a gas sampling equipment, specifically designed to prevent the back-siphonage of absorbent liquid into the instrument during sampling. This device completely blocks the liquid from entering the instrument's interior in case of back-siphonage and features an alert function. When the absorbent liquid reaches the sampling device, a white circular sticker on the waterproofing membrane turns red upon contact with liquid, alerting the user. The instrument will sound an alarm, with the fault light flashing, and automatically shut down after 30 seconds. To resume operation, one only needs to pause the main unit, open the waterproofing device, clean it, replace the new waterproofing membrane, and then continue working. This significantly reduces the instrument's failure rate and effectively streamlines the sampling work process, eliminating the need for factory repairs.
