The DWK-5000E explosion-proof constant current locatable medium flow atmospheric sampler, independently researched and manufactured by Yancheng Dewang Instrument Equipment Co., Ltd., is a patented instrument capable of collecting gaseous or vapor samples from the atmosphere. It is suitable for individual toxic substance sampling of occupational hazards at workplaces and for sampling dust-like substances such as metals; it is also applicable to routine and emergency monitoring of environmental atmosphere, public health, and occupational health.
The Constant-Current Locatable Low-Flow Atmospheric Sampler is primarily composed of: operating system, intelligent control system, air pump, flow measurement system, and positioning data upload module. It can continuously operate for over 8 hours on a single charge, convenient for sampling tasks. The instrument features real-time display of flow rate, sampling volume, sampling time, temperature, atmospheric pressure, and battery level. It is compact in structure, small in size, light in weight, durable, has strong load-bearing capacity, stable and accurate flow rate, and low noise. It is portable and easy to use when sampling.

The primary function of this device is to prevent the backflow of absorbent liquid into the instrument during sampling. In case of backflow, the device completely blocks the liquid from entering the instrument's interior, and it also features an alert function. When the absorbent liquid reaches the sampling device, a white circular sticker turns red upon contact with the liquid, alerting the user. The instrument will sound an alarm, with the fault light blinking, and automatically shut down after 30 seconds. At this point, one only needs to pause the main unit, open the water-resistant device, clean it, replace the worn water-resistant membrane, and continue working. This significantly reduces the instrument's failure rate and effectively streamlines the sampling work time, eliminating the need for factory repairs.

③ Schedule sampling, set the sampling time, and the sampling will stop once the time is reached.
④ Constant-volume sampling (1000L), set sampling volume for sampling.
