The CCZ20 Dust Sampler is an instrument used to measure the concentration of suspended dust in the ambient air.
In accordance with GB/T 20964-2007 "General Technical Conditions for Dust Samplers" and JJG520-2005 "Technical Regulations for Dust Samplers"
"Regulation for Instrument Calibration," Q/320582YLA001-2010 Dust Sampler Enterprise Standard, and GB3836.1-2000.
ExibI classification (intrinsically safe) explosion-proof design as per GB3836.4-2000 standard, suitable for underground coal mines.
Workplaces containing other explosive gas hazards.
The sampler is equipped with two dust precollectors, one being a full-process precollector for measuring the total dust concentration.
Another type is a preliminary collector for measuring the concentration of respirable dust, which can effectively trap respirable dust harmful to the human body.
Separate dust and non-respirable dust; one collection can obtain both respirable and non-respirable dust samples.
This, with its separation efficiency reaching the internationally recognized "BMRC" curve standard, is a more reliable dust separator.
The instrument is equipped with a high-performance suction pump featuring pulseless airflow, with great load and negative pressure capabilities, and automatic timing.
