Utilizing advanced modern fiberglass reinforced plastic (FRP) technology formulas, the product is cured and matured in specially designed molds, followed by post-processing. The primary materials include unsaturated polyester resin, glass fiber fabrics, short glass fiber cuts, and glass fiber yarns. The product is available in circular and square flap gates. Connection types include flange connection, concrete casting, hand-laid joint, and sleeve connection; while structural types include hollow float plate, flat plate, and pump types.

The FRP butterfly valves with flange connections are divided into three types: wing ring pipe flange connection, pre-bolted flange connection, and expansion screw flange connection.
