 Material is automatically distributed to each crucible by the loading and measuring equipment, followed by uniform shaking, needle insertion, and stacking. After the sintering process is complete, the crucibles are transported to the furnace body exit platform and the automatic line exit cross-platform. The automatic reverse feeding system of the conveying line transfers the powder into the recovery container. The empty crucibles are then automatically cleaned and returned to the automatic loading position in front of the automatic line. The sintered material can be crushed by the crushing system and vacuum-conveyed to the secondary automatic batching system.
