Process Description:

The primary targets are microorganisms, bacteria, colloids, organic matter, heavy metal ions, solid particles, and free chlorine in the water. Meets the immersion requirements of the nanofiltration system, ensuring long-term stable operation of the nanofiltration unit.

Composed of sand filters, carbon filters, scale inhibitor dosing units, and security filters.

Sand Filter: Removes mud, impurities, and suspended particles from water, reducing the raw water SDI (Scale Deposit Index) value.

Carbon Filter: Features dual action – adsorption and filtration. Removes chemical organic substances, heavy metals, color, odor, residual chlorine, etc., from tap water, improving its taste.

Security Filter: Equipped with a PPF filter core with an internal pore size of 5 micrometers, it screens out particles, colloids, microorganisms, and other impurities larger than 5 micrometers, thereby extending the lifespan of the membrane.

The catalyst shows high apparent concentration of organic matter, resulting in a higher reaction probability on-site, leading to faster and more complete degradation with a significant improvement in removal rates. It can catalyze the application of new electrolytic materials, removing high concentrations of organic matter, colorants, heavy metal ions, and waste water containing heterocyclic organic compounds.
