Product Name: Light Stabilizer 783
Other Names: TINUVIN 783, GW-783
Appearance: White to yellow granules.
Technical Specifications:

Application:
This product is a general-purpose UV stabilizer with resistance to extraction, low fume-induced discoloration, and low pigment interaction. It is particularly suitable for LDPE, LLDPE, HDPE films, flat yarns, thick-walled products, as well as PP fibers and films. It serves as a universal UV stabilizer for both thin and thick-walled products, offering high cost-performance. For applications requiring non-direct food contact, the allowable usage amount of 783 is higher than that of conventional hindered amine light stabilizers. This product is applicable to polyolefins, EVA and other olefin copolymers, as well as blends of PP and elastomers.
Quantity Used:
Thick Products: HDPE, LLDPE, LDPE, PP UV Stabilizers 0.1-0.8%
Film: LLDPE, PPP UV Stabilizer 0.1-1%
Flat Filament: PP, HDPE UV Stabilizer 0.2-0.8%
Fiber: PP UV Stabilizer 0.1-1.0%
Usage Suggestions:
Recommend using ultraviolet absorbers 326/327/328/531 in products with natural or light colors, or in applications requiring improved color fastness of organic pigments, use ultraviolet absorbers (326/327/328/531).
