Application:
This product is a non-polluting rapid vulcanization accelerator that does not produce nitrosamines, with excellent compatibility with rubber, no frosting, no discoloration, and no fading. It exhibits significant anti-yellowing effects in both white and colored rubber compounds. It is widely used in natural rubber and other general-purpose raw rubber, suitable for solid tires, rubber shock absorbers, and other applications requiring long vulcanization times and high-temperature vulcanization. It resolves the contradictions often encountered in the production of such products, such as vulcanization speed, product strength, and frosting. This product is mainly used in the sulfur vulcanization systems of natural rubber and synthetic rubber, particularly suitable for三元乙丙橡胶 (EPDM).
