Application:
This product exhibits excellent stability against light, oxygen, ozone, and heat, making it suitable as a light stabilizer for polypropylene and widely used as an ozone and light stabilizer for synthetic rubbers. It is used as an antioxidant in chloroprene rubber, chlorinated polyethylene rubber, styrene butadiene rubber, and nitrile rubber. In chloroprene rubber, it enhances heat resistance of the rubber compound, reduces discoloration under sunlight, and slightly delays the curing process. It also serves as a heat stabilizer in chlorosulfonated polyethylene compounds cured with metal oxides. Our factory's technological advancements have resolved the issue of agglomeration during storage, resulting in improved protective effects and extended anti-aging duration.

Usage Amount:

General usage in chloroprene rubber is 1-2 parts.

0.5-3 parts by weight of styrene butadiene rubber (for reference only; actual usage should be determined by experimental amount)
 
Packing and Storage
◆ Paper-plastic composite bags, lined with plastic bags, net weight 25 kg per package.
Before transportation and storage, check that the product packaging is undamaged. During transportation and storage, classify and stack them in a dry, clean, and cool warehouse to prevent the product from getting damp, overheated, or deteriorating.
