Appearance: Light gray to light brown powder, easily soluble in acetone, benzene, ethanol, carbon tetrachloride; soluble in gasoline; insoluble in water. Exposure to sunlight and air gradually turns purple but does not affect its effectiveness.

Application:

This product is a general-purpose antioxidant for natural rubber, synthetic rubber, and reground rubber. It offers excellent protection against thermal oxidation, stress cracking, weathering, fatigue aging, and has some protective effect against ozone aging in chloroprene rubber. It inhibits harmful metals and provides better protective effects than butyl rubber antioxidants for isoprene rubber with regular isomeric structure.

As an upgraded environmentally-friendly anti-aging agent, the performance not only improves but also significantly reduces toxicity, greatly reducing the harm to workers' health. This product is commonly used in the production of dark industrial rubber products such as tires, hoses, tapes, and rubber shoes. It can also be used as a stabilizer for styrene-butadiene rubber. Depending on the requirements of rubber products, it can be used alone or in combination with other anti-aging agents. In tires and other rubber products subjected to bending and fatigue, it is often used in conjunction with anti-aging agents 4010, 4010NA, and H.
 
Dosage: Typically 1.0-2.0 parts, no frosting concerns at 3.0-4.0 parts.
 
Packaging and Storage:
◆ Paper-plastic composite bags, inner plastic bags, net weight 25 kg per package.
◆ Prior to transportation and storage, check that the product packaging is undamaged. During transportation and storage, categorize and stack in a dry, clean, and cool warehouse to prevent the product from getting damp, overheated, or deteriorating.
