The FSS canopy curtain system is mainly composed of tubular motors and an elastic tensioning system. One end features a drive shaft with a tubular motor installed; the other end has a driven shaft with a spring mechanism. The motor rotates forward to move the fabric forward, while the spring on the other end gradually tightens, stretching the fabric. When the motor reverses, the spring gradually relaxes, retracting the sunshade fabric. The operation is simple, the motor operates with minimal noise, and the system runs smoothly.

Operating Principle

Pre-tensioned spring coiled fabric within the spring coiled tube. The other end of the fabric features a pull rod. The motorized tube is equipped with a pair of matched spool winders, one for left-hand and one for right-hand winding. The winders are fixed with a traction wire, which is then secured through a reel and attached to a traction pulley on the fabric's pull rod. The motor rotates to pull the traction wire, overcoming the torsion force of the spring within the coiled tube, and pulling the fabric out. Reversing the motor loosens the wire, allowing the spring coiled tube, under the force of the spring torsion, to rewind some of the fabric onto itself, tensioning the fabric. This way, the combined action of the motorized tube and the spring coiled tube completes the fabric's winding and unwinding, serving the function of sun shading and light adjustment. The system can be operated via switch, remote control, or intelligent control.
