Work Method
The system utilizes a tubular motor to rotate and drive the aluminum alloy coil roller, as the winch is directly fixed to the aluminum alloy coil.
On the coil, the winder rotates passively to wrap the tensioned steel wire already wrapped around it. Both ends of the tensioned steel wire are fixed on the same winder, with one end guided through a fixed pulley (the bottom of which has a tensioning spring to keep the wire taut), forming a loop. As it operates, the wire moves in a circular motion on the winder, one end unwinding and the other winding up. A guide wire is fixed above the fabric, with two typically used within a 2-meter width, and three required for widths exceeding 2 meters. The guide wires remain taut, and the sunshade fabric is hung from the fabric support rods onto the guide wires. The tensioned steel wire is fixedly connected to the frontmost fabric support rod, thereby driving the entire sunshade system. The system can be operated using switches, remote control, or intelligent control methods.
