The pass-through window is managed according to the cleanliness level of the higher-grade clean zone it is connected to, such as: the pass-through window connected to the labeling room should be managed according to the requirements of the filling room. After work hours, the clean zone operator is responsible for wiping the internal surfaces of the pass-through window clean and turning on the UV sterilization light for 30 minutes.
Material entry and exit from the clean area must be strictly separated from pedestrian corridors, and must be accessed through the production workshop material channels.
Upon material arrival, the process leader of the formulation team organizes personnel to remove packaging or clean the raw materials externally, then they are sent to the temporary storage room for raw materials in the workshop via the transfer window. The outer packaging of the inner packaging materials is removed in its temporary storage room, and then they are sent to the inner packaging room through the transfer window. The workshop's general clerk handles the material handover with the leaders of the formulation and inner packaging processes.
3 When passing through the pass window, strictly adhere to the rule of "open one, close one" for the outer and inner doors, which cannot be opened simultaneously. After placing materials into the outer door, close it first, then open the inner door to remove the materials, close it, and repeat this cycle.
When materials are to be removed from the clean area, they should first be transported to the corresponding intermediate material station, and then removed from the clean area in the reverse order of their entry.
All semi-finished products must be transported out of the clean area through the transfer window to the temporary storage room, then transferred via the logistics channel to the outer packaging area.
Highly polluting materials and waste should be transported from the pass-through window to the non-clean area.
Upon completion of material in and out, the site of each clean room or intermediate station and the hygiene of the transfer window should be promptly cleaned. Close the doors of the internal and external channels of the transfer window, and ensure thorough cleaning and disinfection.
