Features
1. Utilizing the segmented room stop wind pulse jet cleaning technology, it overcomes the drawbacks of conventional pulse dust collectors and segmented reverse jet dust collectors. It boasts strong cleaning power, high dust removal efficiency, low emissions concentration, low air leakage rate, low energy consumption, and low steel consumption. It also occupies less space, operates stably and reliably, and delivers good economic benefits. Suitable for the purification of dusty gases and material recovery in metallurgy, building materials, cement, machinery, chemicals, power, and light industry sectors.
2. Due to the use of room-by-room stop wind pulse jet cleaning, a single blast can achieve the cleaning purpose, thereby extending the cleaning cycle and reducing the energy consumption for cleaning. The air consumption can be significantly lowered as well. Additionally, the fatigue level of the filter bags and pulse valves is correspondingly reduced, which multiplies the lifespan of both the bags and the valve blades.
3. Bag replacement and maintenance can be conducted in individual compartments under normal system operation without interrupting the system fans. The filter bag mouth features an elastic expanding ring for excellent sealing and reliability. The filter bag frame is designed with a polygonal shape, reducing friction between the bag and the frame, extending the bag's lifespan, and facilitating bag removal.
4. Utilizing an upper-draw bagging method, after removing the frame during bag change, the soiled bag is deposited into the lower ash bin of the housing, and then retrieved through the manhole, improving the conditions for bag change operations.
5. The housing is designed with airtightness, ensuring good sealing. The inspection door is made with superior sealing materials, and leaks are detected during the manufacturing process using kerosene, resulting in a very low wind leakage rate.
6. The inlet and outlet duct arrangement is compact with minimal air flow resistance.
