Welcome to call for inquiries. By the late 1990s, some domestic enterprises in China, such as pipe and fitting production companies in Jiangsu, Sichuan, Zhejiang, and Beijing, began researching and developing thin-walled stainless steel pipe connection methods based on the absorption of foreign connection technologies, and have achieved many technical advancements. Currently, there are various connection methods for thin-walled stainless steel pipes, with common fitting types including compression, clamp, flexible, clamp band, adhesive, union flange, socket welding, welding, and derivative series of welding combined with traditional connections. These connection methods, with different principles, have varying application ranges, but most are easy to install and reliable. The sealing rings or gaskets used in these connection methods are mostly made of silicon rubber, rubber, and EPDM rubber that meet the required standards, alleviating user concerns. Compression Connection: This involves inserting the piping into the fitting's opening, securing it with a nut, and using a spiral force to compress the sleeve at the pipe opening through a sealing ring, providing a seal and completing the piping connection. Features: In terms of connection alone, the pipe wall can be relatively thin, saving materials, easy to install, removable, and convenient for maintenance, with a high tool pull-out force.
