The characteristics of stamped concrete: It features high-performance coloration. The raw material of stamped concrete is a colored dry powder made of high polymer, which is a new type of high-tech colored flooring material. It can be applied to concrete surfaces to create a wide range of colorful decorative finishes with high strength and wear resistance. It can also be used for decorative renovations of walls and old floors, realistically simulating various patterns found in traditional building materials like wall tiles, ceramic tiles, stones, slate, and paving bricks. High-performance colored stamped concrete boasts benefits such as one-step molding, diverse colors, realistic effects, and easy installation.

Instructions for Use of Cement Embossing Molds:
1. Concrete Surface Roughening Treatment: Before the concrete surface starts to set, apply a 1cm layer of cement slurry and use a hand iron board to evenly spread and level the mortar on the concrete surface, then roughen the surface.
2. Sprinkle Hardening Material: Evenly sprinkle 2/3 of the specified hardener with Emei Color Concrete over the surface of the concrete in the initial setting stage. After the hardening material absorbs water and becomes moist, use a hand iron plate to level and finish the work. Once the hardening material has reached a certain stage of initial setting, proceed with the next 1/3 material sprinkling, leveling, and smoothing operation.
3. Leveling and Finishing Hardening Materials: Perform at least three manual iron plate leveling operations based on the concrete hardening condition, with the finishing operations to be staggered.
4. Sprinkle Demolding Powder: Evenly apply a layer of demolding powder compatible with the hardening material once the initial setting stage of the hardening material is reached, under the condition that the surface is dry with no visible moisture.
5. Patterned by molding, ensure the mold is fixed and flat, and the pattern should be formed in one go without re-pressing.
6. Accommodate various design styles, textures, and colors.
