After categorizing the vouchers, fill them into the monthly financial activity record table. The first half of the table records the flow changes of income and expenditure, while the second half describes the movements between assets and liabilities. Complete the table in seven steps.
Step 1
Log in and enter the financial statements. Initially, fill the opening balance of the balance sheet from last month under categories such as cash, savings, credit card payments, and other liabilities. Then, input all income for the current month, including salaries, bonuses, and allowances, into the income section.
Due to most salaries being transferred via bank automatic transfer, the salary amount for the current month should be entered in the deposit section. Please categorize regular expenses by filling in the table with clothing, food, housing, transportation, education, and properly classified receipts by date, e.g., spent 100 yuan on books on September 1st, note the date, item name, and amount under the education section, and indicate a decrease of 100 yuan in the cash column. If a suit costing 1,000 yuan was purchased with a credit card, enter an increase of 1,000 yuan in the credit card column, not in the cash column. Pay close attention to the filling in this process.
After recording all expenses, simply conduct a tally after the six main categories to clearly identify the main flow of funds for the month. For items that cannot be categorized under the six items, fill them in the "Other" section and record them based on the increase or decrease in cash or card transactions.
