Yu Wang Company offers PES and PVDF tubular ultrafiltration membranes with tube diameters ranging from 5mm to 12.5mm. The tubular membranes feature excellent strength, resistance to contamination, oxidation, and acidity/alkalinity (pH 1-13), with a pure water flux of up to 750L/m2h. Operating pressure can reach 10bar, and the working temperature can be as high as 80°C. Even when directly filtering biochemical wastewater with an active sludge concentration as high as 40g/L, the membrane flux remains as high as 80-140L/m2h, which is 5-10 times that of immersed ultrafiltration membranes, with a lifespan of over 7 years.
