A plant artificial climate chamber is an experimental equipment that can simulate various natural meteorological conditions closely related to biology or humans indoors through artificial means, and it can be effectively regulated to meet different requirements. It primarily automates and adjusts various environmental factors within a specific micro-environment, such as temperature, humidity, light, and CO2 concentration, to meet specific environmental needs. This system finds extensive applications in industries, agriculture, aviation, and other fields.
Our self-developed intelligent microcomputer control system with FPID control mode features functions such as temperature control (cooling and heating), humidity control (humidification and dehumidification), light control (with or without light), and time scheduling control (switching of temperature, humidity, and light according to a time program).
This system is designed and manufactured in accordance with the national industry standard JB/T6823-93 "Technical Conditions for Biological Artificial Climate Chambers."
The temperature control in this system utilizes FPID fuzzy control, which incorporates all factors affecting the growth chamber temperature, such as environmental temperature, set temperature of the growth chamber, light intensity, and dehumidification status, into the FPID temperature regulation. This results in nearly perfect temperature control quality. This technology is at the domestic leading level.
This system's humidity control also employs FPID fuzzy control, which not only performs on/off PID control for dehumidification and humidification based on humidity deviation but also integrates the refrigeration condition into the humidity control system, as well as introduces the interrelation between humidification and dehumidification into the system.
To save energy, intermittent refrigeration is used for both temperature control and humidity control, which is 30% more energy-efficient than the traditional continuous operation of refrigeration units.
Due to the implementation of the aforementioned complex and multifaceted FPID fuzzy control technology, the compressor can achieve high precision in temperature and humidity control, even with intermittent operation and without adding additional dehumidification equipment.
The system features temperature deviation alarms, limit temperature alarms, and protection.
This system is equipped with a three-phase air switch featuring leakage current protection, along with phase loss protection, compressor overload protection, and cooling fan overload protection.
Warehouse Introduction:
The storage body dimensions (length × width × height) are 4m × 3m × 2.6m, with the six sides of the storage body constructed from δ100mm high-density white panels (density 20kg/m³, color steel plate thickness 0.43mm). The door is a standard stainless steel enclosed door with dimensions of 192cm × 80cm × 10cm, equipped with a luxurious safety lock and features an observation hole.
