Basic Introduction to Boiler Baghouse Dust Collector
Boiler bag dust collectors are used to capture non-adhesive, non-fibrous industrial dust and volatiles, with particle capture down to 0.1 micrometers. However, when used to treat gas containing steam, condensation issues should be avoided. Bag dust collectors offer high purification efficiency, with dust capture efficiency exceeding 98% and higher efficiency than other methods.Boiler Baghouse Dust Collector Working Principle
The boiler bag dust collector is mainly composed of the upper and middle housing, inlet communication, support frame, filter bags, and spray device, as well as the ash discharge unit. The dusty air enters the various chambers through the inlet channel of the dust collector, where it is guided into the ash hopper by the ash hopper guiding device. Large particles of dust are separated and fall directly into the ash hopper, while finer dust uniformly enters the middle housing and adheres to the outer surface of the filter bags. The clean gas passes through the filter bags into the upper housing and is then discharged into the atmosphere through various switching valves and exhaust pipes. As the filtration process continues, the dust on the filter bags accumulates more and more. When the equipment resistance reaches the specified resistance value (usually set at 1500Pa), the ash cleaning control device opens the electromagnetic pulse valve according to the differential pressure set value or ash cleaning time set value, performs stop-air spray, and uses compressed air to instantaneously spray, increasing the bag internal pressure, causing the dust on the filter bags to fall off (even sticky fine dust can be effectively cleaned) into the ash hopper, and then discharged by the ash discharge mechanism.
