The EM type electric reversing valve is suitable for dry oil centralized lubrication systems with a nominal pressure of 40MPa. It alternately sends pressure-lubricated grease from the single-line outlet of the lubricating pump through either Main Pipe I or II, forming a complete dual-line terminal dry oil centralized lubrication system.
This directional valve is driven by a micro AC motor, which powers a reduction gear to move the eccentric connecting rod, controlling the sliding core to open or close the oil supply pipeline or change the oil supply direction—a fully integrated directional control unit. It is responsive, operates quickly, and is reliable, allowing for automatic control of the lubrication system when used in conjunction with an electrical control box.
