Inside the corresponding top and bottom oil supply ports, there is a combined oil discharge structure. To change the odd-numbered oil supply, simply adjust the direction of the guide sleeve. The operation of the distributor can also be directly observed from the indicator rod's movement. Additionally, the oil supply quantity at each outlet can be conveniently adjusted within the specified range by adjusting the screws.
This type of distributor is suitable for a double-line dry oil centralized lubrication system with a nominal pressure of 40MPa. Under the action of alternating supply pressure on the two main supply lines, it directly controls the piston movement by the supply pressure, thereby accomplishing the function of quantitatively distributing lubricant to the lubrication points.
