This manual lubricating pump is a compact unit operated by hand cranking to expel grease, which can be directly mounted on the machine's panel or frame. It is designed to work in conjunction with a double-line oil feeder to form a manual centralized lubrication system at the terminal.
Ideal for single small machinery with lower lubrication frequency (typically oiling intervals of 8 hours or more), piping (DN20) length not exceeding 35 meters, and no more than 50 lubrication points, this unit serves as a device to supply lubricant for a dry oil centralized lubrication system.
| Manual lubrication pump oil supply relies on manually operating the handle, which drives a small gear 1. This gear in turn causes a ratchet-type plunger 2 to reciprocate. When the plunger is at the right end position (as shown in the right-hand figure), the volume of the left-end oil chamber increases, creating a vacuum. Under the force of atmospheric pressure and the piston, lubricating grease is then drawn into the left-end oil chamber. As the plunger moves to the left, it compresses the grease and pushes it open the one-way valve 4, entering the main oil conduit II. At this point, the volume of the right-end oil chamber gradually increases, drawing in grease. When the plunger reverses and moves to the right, the oil chamber filled with grease gradually decreases in volume, compressing the grease again and pushing it open the one-way valve 3, flowing into the main conduit II through the directional valve. The reversal during oil supply is achieved through directional valve 6. Pulling out the directional valve handle releases grease from conduit II; pushing it in directs grease from main conduit I. |
