I. Overview

This product is suitable for a 40MPa dual-line terminal-type dry oil centralized lubrication system, used to control the automatic operation of the lubrication pump and supply grease to pipeline I.Upon completion of oiling, the system automatically reverses direction to supply grease to pipeline II, and stops automatically after completing a lubrication cycle. The GDK02 electrical control box features a monitored control structure with two operating modes: continuous operation and automatic operation, which can be switched via the conversion switch on the box. In continuous operation mode, once the lubrication pump is started, the system continuously supplies grease to the two main pipelines in a cyclic manner. In automatic operation mode, upon receiving the interlock signal from the main unit, the lubrication pump supplies grease to the system at intervals set by the system, stopping automatically after completing a lubrication cycle.
